Terrified BFP

I was going to wait until my next beta to tell all of you but the panic has set in, so i'm spilling the beans. I got a shadow of a line right before I was supposed to go for a biopsy on Friday. I ran upstairs to show my mom and she couldn't see it, she is so blind thought. My little sister walked in she saw the line grabbed me and took me to get frer. I took both frer and they had a faint positive line. I called in immediately and they said they could draw my blood before my appt.So they drew blood and then I waited 2.5 hours as docs were running late. The first beta was 32 and progesterone is still pending which I am pissed about. Anyhow I am sooo bloated and my boobs were sore and then all of a sudden this afternoon they stopped so I am starting to lose my mind.Also it is a mystery as to how I am pg because dh was gone the whole time I would have ovulated and then was abstaining b/c of freezing. The RE said I ovulated two days before we came to Boston and we only bd on the 25/26. Which is 4 days after the re thinks I ovulated due to my progesterone level. I am on 200 mg of progesterone supps. Is the RE supposed to check my lining this early? I m/c starting at 4weeks last time.FYI I was on progesterone from the time of my re appt on the 24th. Also I saw the tong ren healer/acupuncturist 2x that week. Please no congrats until after 1st tri just send sticky dust!!
