Sharp pains after IUI

I had my IUI two days ago and this afternoon I started getting sharp pains that felt like ovulation pains.  I know for sure that I already ovulated.  Has anyone else experienced this?

    I was super uncomfy after my IUI but now that I think back to it, I could not tell you exactly what was bothering me. I remember I took the day off though because I was really..... crampy??
