It's about the same, I do have a few more random sharp pains that are near the c-section incision but my Doctor attributed it to the scar tissue stretching. It's not horrible pain and goes away quickly. Other than that this pregnancy is by far easier than my first!

This exactly. And I've had 2 c/s.

I noticed my scar stretching and pain around 10-12 weeks. It scared the crap out of me but it went away and wasn't an intense pain- just enough to worry a worrywart. Now I'm feeling pain when he/she kicks there or just recently (within the past two days) I've noticed my underwear are irritating the scar.
I haven't noticed any difference this time around.

Well, my OB recommended 12 months between deliveries and I'm almost making that. I'm not sure if it's because they're so close (I'm assuming), but I HURT. I've been in for an early u/s to make sure everything was ok, and it was, but the cramping, sharp stabbing pains, and just all around abdominal pain is 10x's worse this time.
Only 12 months between deliveries? Wow! You were only about 3 months pp when you got pregnant?
I am sure that can be just fine and even safe, but that is brave! Unless it was accidental. Otherwise, I think I am too much of a worry wort for that close a time for c-section deliveries. My two are 3 years a part. I might try to make it a little closer this next time, if I can, but not sure yet.
I hope everything goes perfectly well and I'm sure it can; I'm just surprised that time-frame would be recommended by an OB. I can understand them working with it and thinking it can go fine, but I'll have to ask my OB how long they recommend.
Maybe an extra pain or two but overall there wasn't a difference.
This for me. I've noticed a bit of odd itching or sensation of stretching around my incision on rare occasions, but it could be psychosomatic for all I know. It's also worth mentioning my kids will be four years apart, so I've had a lot of time to recover from my c/s.

I'm glad you posted. I too must be feeling pretty brave because we might have a LO #2 in the near future. We have decided not to avoid and see what happens. It does scare me that I might not be fully healed and I have not brought this up to my doctor yet. Happy to see that you're doing OK and I hope the pain goes away!

I never noticed any pains at my incision sites in my subsequent pregnancies.
However, braxton hicks or contractions do hurt A LOT more because of the scar tissue. I had some preterm labor issues with my 2nd son and I was having painful contractions, but they were barely registering on the contraction monitor.
So you might be feeling those a little bit more than others who haven't had a cs.
