I'm planning on doing an Amazon registry for most stuff, but we do have some family members who don't shop online, so I also want to do a registry with an actual brick and mortar store. I don't really want to do a Target or BRU registry if I can avoid it since their return policies can be a nightmare and the closest BuyBuyBaby is like 45 min away.
I was reading somewhere that Kohls has really good baby sales and the lightbulb just went on! Can't believe I didn't think of it before! There are a bunch of Kohls stores nearby and I know they're great with returns, etc. Has anyone ever done a registry with them? Good or bad experience?
Re: Has anyone ever registered at Kohls?
I hadn't thought of Kohl's before, but I just took a look online at their baby stuff and it looks great! I think I will probably register there. They do have a GREAT return policy and I've never been hassled there.
Also, they always seem to have stuff I actually WANT on sale.
Hmm.. good point! I will have to go in and see what they have in the store. But there are 4 within a 20 minute radius of me, and 2 of them are HUGE with massive baby and kid sections, so hopefully they'll have a good in-store selection.
Don't they also have a policy that if they don't have something in store, you can purchase it and they'll send it to you? The brick and mortar presence is mainly for people like my grandma who is afraid of online shopping, so she would probably be willing to order things in the store and have it shipped.
