So needy and fussy! Help!

So little guy is so cute and happy and smiley but he switches back and forth between super happy and fussy.  He needs me 24/7 and is ok with daddy but mommy is where it at.  He also wants my full attention all of the time or he cries.  Good thing he is cute because he is going to be the death of me!  Is this just me?

    DD is in full teething mode, and last week she was doing exactly what you describe. Apparently most babies this age are going through a little bit of a fussy stage anyway because of development.

    Welcome to my world! DD has only recently started to prefer me, but she has always been extremely needy. She's the happiest baby as long as I'm not only with her, but giving her my full attention. When I'm holding her and try to talk with someone else, she starts screaming her head off. I don't have any answers, but you're not alone!

    im in the same boat with DD and we just started a new day care this week, needless to say she is superhappy to see me when i pick her up but so sad when i leave it breaks my heart. at home even daddy wont do for the most part, it's mommy mommy mommy. i guess it's a phase, sorry no advice!
