So I like to procrastinate and decided to buy some new clothes for work, which starts tomorrow. Since kids will not be in school tomorrow or Wednesday I technically do not need them until Thursday, so I am not that last minute, right?!
Anyways I am super bloated today and everything was feeling snug. I refused to buy more than 2 new pairs of pants as I don't know what the future holds as to size. Sadly I was tempted to buy prenatal pants, because that is how bloated I am today! I did buy a bunch of shirts though. Also, my boobs have grown...a lot. They were a DD and now I am not sure what size I am. All I know is I have overflowed the cups.
Has anyone else gone clothes shopping lately and experienced my frustration? Also, has anyone noticed that their boobs have grown in addition to being super sore?
Re: Clothes shopping while bloated = bad idea!
Not so much clothes shopping, just putting clothes on from my closet! Lately I'm all about long, flowing shirts and using the hair-tie thing with some of my jeans. I haven't gained any weight, but I am super bloated.
I'm normally a full A/small B, and I have had to borrow a couple of C bras from my sis, and they're even a little snug! Never in my life have they ever been this big!!

I am trying to hold off a bit before buying new bras. Right now I a go between 36DD or 36E, depending on the brand. I just hope they don't get much bigger! Did yours go back down to normal size after? Did you breast feed?

Oh no! I didn't even think of that! Luckily I only bought 2 new pairs.
My first
I haven't gone regular clothes shopping, so I can only imagine how frustrating it would have been to do that while feeling as I bloated as I currently do. I have picked up some maternity clothes over the last couple of days, though! **Disclaimer: I only bought them because I saw 2 stores specifically advertise some killer deals on their maternity clothes & I'm a firm believer in stocking up when it's on sale, even if I have to store it for a while before I actually need it, rather than paying full price later on. (I ended up getting 2 pairs of capris, 2 camisols, 3 sweaters, 2 shirts, & 1 pair of shorts for $75 total, so not too bad!)** And I must say, with as bloated as I am, I'm quite tempted to just start wearing the one pair of capris I got, because they feel so much more comfortable around my waist than my normal pants.
Right back to DD. Before, I didn't technically need a bra, I was so perky. After...not so much, but I'm still, after 2 kids, perkier than average for my size.
I've breastfed for a total of 31 months.
I didn't end up being able to use nursing bras. I went to Lane Bryant and bought really big band sizes with the biggest cup size they made. With DD, I could get away with some 38DDDs with these removable pads that I took out.

Good to know! Now I feel a whole lot better if they do go to be ginormous!

so hoping that doesn't happen to me! I'm 36D, and really hoping they don't get much bigger- I'm sure they will though. They haven't yet, and I'm just hoping it will at least wait a bit.
I'm already in sports bras and "sleep" bras! My regular ones either are too small or will not hold these ladies up!
And walking up/down stairs - I have to hold them b/c if they move it HURTS!!!!
But in a way I'm glad I'm having some symptoms - I haven't had very many which makes me nervous!
ugh. this was me, too. i've already started overflowing my bras, and i'm sort of in denial about it. i remember being SUPER excited in my last pregnancy when my belly FINALLY outgrew my boobs. it took a while... just be sure not to buy anything too low cut because the full coverage bras in that size will undoubtedly peek out of your scoop- or v-neck.
oh, yeah - mine actually got smaller after nursing. i was SO happy!
