Floppy head when sleeping in carseat

Hi there. DS just moved into  a Frontier and every time he falls asleep his head flops right forward. I bought him a neck/sleep pillow and it doesn't help. We often take trips and he falls asleep... any suggestions?

    We have the same carseat in my van and haven't had this issue; however, when we ride with my mom (who is out of state and very rarely) and has safety first 5pt to booster seat.  My kids heads do flop forward.  I haven't found anything to help. I've tried shaping all sorts of blankets and pillows.  It works for a little while and then falls again...I just keep putting them back and can do that because she is driving.
