corpus luteum cysts

I had an early ultrasound at 4 weeks and 3 days and the nurse saw 3 corpus luteum cysts (2 on the right ovary and 1 on the left).  Have any of you had them? Did they go away on their own?  Cause any problems?  Any info would be helpful.  The nurse didn't seem concerned.  I'm just so nervous about everything.
This is my first pregnancy and like all of us on this board, I went through a lot to get to this point.  I think I'm over analyzing every little thing but I can't help it.
me:33 yrs. old, DH: 27 yrs. old
Married since 11/08
TTC since 6/10
HSG: all clear 2/11
SA: no issues 2/11
Clomid + TI: 4/11= BFN
First RE Appt: 5/11
IUI #1 5/23/11=BFN
IUI #2 7/8/11=BFN
Lap for endo 8/2/11 IUI #3 8/15/11=BFP!!
Gabrielle born 5/7/12

    Pretty sure these are very common.  I had 1, but it went away.  My RE was not concerned about mine either.

    I had one. I asked my RE at my first u/s at 6w4d to look at my left ovary, because I had been having pain (convinced myself the week prior I was having an ectopic). It was about 25mm I think. The pain lessened that week, and it was gone within 2 more weeks maybe.
    b/w=FSH 15.6, AMH 0.4 surprise natural BFP on 3/12/11

    Thank you ladies.  I think I just needed some reassurance today.  :)

    My RE told mr it would be there until till the placenta was fully grown. It was still there at my 12 week NT scan!
