Target is taunting me...

Reaching a new level in the "you don't have a baby so the universe is going to drive you insane game", I opened up the brand new weekly ad for Target this morning so I can plan my shopping and sure enough, what's on the cover? "BABY SALE!"... and the 5 , yes 5, following pages are full of baby items that are on sale this week only... FML...Tongue Tied

    I feel your pain. It feels like the universe is taunting me. I just took my son school clothes shopping and was obsessed with the little baby shoes at Nordstroms.

     Plus, when I see pregnant women or newborns, I look at them so longingly. They probably think I'm insane! It helps (a little) to know that we're all in a similar boat.

    Seriously? They do these all the time. They have baby clothes all the time and always have stuff denoting first holidays. Get over it or go crawl in a hole for the next week. Then another store will do one, so you will probably have to boycott them as well.

    Get a grip.

     



    Riiiiiight. Cleary I've lost my grip. My completely devout and sincere apologies for ruining your day by thinking that something (whether or not its been done before) is cute. I must have missed the part where I said I was boycotting stores with cute baby gear.

    You didn't ruin my day. Actually you gave me a good chuckle. The childishness of you and the OP is quite funny. This is far from a FML moment.

    Perhaps they should put a curtain around the baby section so your delicate sensitivites won't be hurt.

     



    You gave DH and myself quite the chuckle as well with your childishness. Overreact much? I'm so glad that at a young age I was taught about decency and not turning people's simple words into something that they're not.
