Baby has broken skin...

I noticed he has broken skin in his genitals area..What should I use for it, & what should I not do?

    We use Butt Paste ~ the green, all nalture one.  The first inactive ingrediant is aloe vero.  DD has super sensative skin and this one works greats for us.

    I use a mix of Vaseline and Neosporin for when there is a rash or broken skin.  Otherwise, we just smear with Vaseline.

    I swear by Vaseline. We tried everything for K when she had a rash, and nothing work till my grandmother suggested vaseline!
