I'm curious why you need pasteurized in-shell eggs I never thought of such a thing but may be in the market for some for the GAPS diet...
I like them because it's supposed to reduce the risk of salmonella to pretty much zero I think. You can eat them raw (like if you're making cookie dough or mayo or something along those lines) without having to worry about food poisoning.

My favorite way to eat eggs is sunny side up, so the yolk is practically raw. Apparently that's a bad way to eat eggs while preggo, unless they're pasteurized, due to the possibility of contamination/disease.
