  I've used the Boppy Total Body Pillow with both pregnancies. It is on the larger side though. There are a few different ways you can contort it depending on how you like to sleep, where you need more support, etc. I think it was around $50 at Target.

  The Bosom Baby by Luna Lullaby.  It's a great pillow & an even better to use as a nursing pillow after the baby is born

  I loved the Snoogle biut it was really tight in a queen size bed, especially once I was huge. Comfortable but it takes up a bunch of room.

  I have the boppy one and it was pretty good.  I wanted the snoogle because i liked how it went all the way down your back to sort of keep you from rolling over.

  DH went out in a moment of desparation for me because he knew i wasnt sleeping and got the boppy because it was all they had at wherever he went.  It worked but wasnt quite long enough for me and I still had to put a pillow behind my back.
