11 weeks PP, and sudden pain

I had a scheduled c-section 11 weeks ago. Suddenly today I am in horrible pain. Tylenol wont touch it. Not sure if it is the fact I went back to work and am sitting a lot more or if it may be my hernia which is located near there, or if this is normal...

The hernia was confirmed 3w PP when I had my gallbladder out. The doctor wanted to check me in 6 months or sooner if it started to bother me...Any advice would be appreciated...

    This never happened to me, but I would say it is not normal. My only advice would to be call your Doctor to make sure they're not going to want you to come in and get checked out!
