Yes, plenty of times. Most of mine happen when I throw up really hard (sry TMI). They never hurt when it happened and it'll slowly get better day by day. One time I dry heaved so hard when I had a migraine that I had pools of blood (sry TMI again) on the bottom of my eye when I moved my lower lid away. It turned yellowish first, then was gone in a week and a half. They clear up quick.
I have some on my left eye - then now my right eye is all red and starting to look like I have burst blood vessels in that one too. Has that ever happened to you?
I don't have allergies. But I do have a cold (I am taking antibiotics because I have had a sore throat that just wont go away no matter what I do!)
My left eye had been really red, then had blood dots all over the top part, today it's more like a pool of blood. My right it is just really red and veiny. And both my eyes hurt.
im waiting for my regular doctor to call me back. My ob/gyn has no clue what it is and is suggesting the ER. I just dont want to go to the ER and have them look at me like Im an idiot!
The only other thing I could think of that could be any cause of concern is if your blood pressure has gone up, but if your blood pressure is up you normally have a headache to go with it. IMO, I would wait a day or two. If it gets worse, then I'd go to the dr.

Exact same experience. Occurred 5 years ago from too much drinky drinky in the Dominican. Barfed so hard I burst blood vessels in both my eyes. Went to the doctor who gave me some antibiotic eye drops just as a precaution. They turned yellow in about a week, then disappeared a few days later.
I was in a lot of pain last night, so went to the ER (This was after calling the nurse hotline that suggested ER, my ob/gyn who said ER, and my regular doctor said ER - can you tell I am not a fan of going to the ER!).
I have burst blood vessels in both eyes - my left eye is worse than the right eye. They gave me some antibiotics and some ointment. The doctor says he thinks that the cold that I have may have caused me to get an eye infection on top of the burst blood vessels. My eyes look horrible, completely blood shot and my left eye has a pool of blood. The drops they gave me at least takes the pain away.
I feel better, just can't wait for it to go away and to start feeling better (I am on antibiotics for a throat infection too). I feel like I am slowly falling apart over here! Thank you to everyone who posted about their experiences

It took mines almost 10 days to heal and it doesnt hurt at all. Morning sickness cause mines.
