TTC after 35

Swinging between optimism and pessimism - vent

In 2ww and had really good timing this month. Was really excited that I ovulated on my own (CD14 - dx of PCOS) and had some EWCM (never happens). I am usually a very optimistic person but IF has taken all the hope out of me - at least for TTC. Doesn't help that all symptoms are the same for PG and PMS. I guess there's no real question here... Just needed to get it out there - DH keeps saying it's just a matter of time. Grrrr.

  • I hear you!  My last IUI looked so good with 3 good follies and I had phantom symptoms up to CD1.  You have to optimistic in the 2ww in my opinion, but the let down is so hard.  Hang in there!

  • Yup. The constant cycling between hope (which is good) and disappointment is draining.

Wishing your week wait to fly by.

  • I feel like I go through the emotional swing every stinking cycle.  I completely understand those feelings.  Wishing you luck, and a fast week.
