Swollen lymph nodes.. should I be worried?

So my DD has had a pretty good sized swollen lymph node in the back of her neck (at the base of her skull), I noticed it maybe 2-3 weeks ago. I asked her pedi about it and he said not to worry unless it get's bigger.

Well last night I was giving her a bath and it looked huge. I'm not sure if it's because her hair was wet or what, but I'd say it's at least as wide as a quarter. I did some googling (big mistake) and it says that usually means infection. Should I take her in just to be safe or am I totally overreacting?

I would call and its easier to see stuff when their heads are wet since the hair isn't fluffed(My DS has a slight flat spot that we can only kinda see when his hair is wet).
