I would like to try it out....but I'm wondering what things would probably not be a good idea to freeze and reheat. For example, chicken cutlets (DH is Sicilian )can I just make a big batch and freeze them? Or do you think they won't taste good when reheated?
Any other freezer friendly recipes would be greatly appreciated! TIA

Go way back to my early posts for the most relevant freezer stuff. Chicken generally freezes and thaws pretty well. You can either cook it, then freeze, or just prep the meals and freeze raw, then cook when you want to eat them. The raw-frozen tend to taste a bit better, but take longer on the eating day.
My favorite batch for the freezer is with hamburger:

I really like this board- and the writer is on the what's cookin' board if you want/need to page her.
A girlfriend and I did this last month. We made chicken enchiladas, veggie lasagna, and shepherd's pie. It all froze and thawed really well. I also froze a bunch of cookies and banana bread.
ETA: I forgot, we also made wontons - they are fabulous and great if you have a few veggies you need to use up.
I use alot of her recipes. the breakfast burritos are a hit in my house big time!!!
