I swear each and every day not only does he grow a foot so does his finger and toe nails, how often do you have to maintain LO's nail Stick out tongue

    I'm ashamed to admit I only do it when  realize how bad it is.

    With DD its more often even though they grow slower, only because she scratches when she throws hissy fits.

    I think once a week, I've never paid attention. I just cut them when he they start hurting me(he is in this lovely stage of pinching).

    Thats how I am with our pup's toe nails, I wont touch them I am too chicken sh!t.

    I have done it 2 times since we have been home but I haven't cut his toe nails yet.

    I have to be so sneaky about it or she flips her sh!t. I cut her toenails for the first time today, but those fingernails are dangerous. I try to do it 1-2 times a week, but I usually only get 3-4 nails per sitting.

    Yeah, DH has to do them.  But he will only when she is passed out/nursing.  Probably get done once a week or so.  I swear they grow faster than any nails I've ever seen.  And she likes to scratch herself and me.  Joy.

    They seem to grow like weeds! I file them probably twic a week while DD sleeps. It's the most rediculous thing filing these tiny fingernails, but I'm afraid to cut them.

    When DD was little (like up unitl a couple months ago) it was every second day. Now it's every week.

    I have to cut DD's nails once a week, it is ridiculous.  I felt bad, I sort of forgot about her toenails for the first 2.5 months.  Needless to say, they were pretty long when I cut them....

    I still do it every 2-3 days.  She pinches my armpit while nursing, so I need to ensure that her raptor-like razors are under control.

    I have only done it twice. It scares me. I have to do it when he is really really asleep. His aren't too bad though, and he has only scratched himself a couple of times. He hasn't got me yet. For some reason though he already has dirt under them! I have no idea how that is possible, but it's too far down for me to get and it looks gross. Typical boy.
