Hey, All,
I just learned this kitchen tip yesterday for peeling hard boiled eggs. Basically, after the eggs have cooled you break the shell off both of the ends and blow through the small end, and the egg just pops out. Here's a video showing how it works:

I looked this up because I at first ordered those stupid "Eggies" things from an infomercial (I know, I know, go ahead and laugh), then I read horrible reviews of them, and I cancelled my order.
I just figure eggs are a great source of protein, and we're all busy now that we're Mommas, so hard-boiled eggs are a great snack (or way to add protein to salads, etc.), so I thought I'd share :-)
Re: Kitchen tip (NBR but wanted to share)
Since it's summer break, I'm on a non-schedule, but during the school year, I'm going to have to get up SUPER early to head to the gym, so that's my plan, too! :-)
