Amber Teething Necklaces...
Anyone tried these? I have a friend who SWEARS by it, but I'm not all that jazzed about having something around his neck when he's grabbing and pulling at EVERYTHING in sight these days. Anyone with experience?

For my LO, the difference is night and day.
He started teething early. He was really grumpy and irritable. I went and bought a necklace. I had to drive an hour to get it. My husband called me a nut. I put it on him while we were in the store. A few hours later it was like I had a brand new baby. A few days into it, H gave W a bedtime bath and didn't put it back on him. By the morning he was a crabby mess. My H said wih his tail between his legs "It really works, put it back on him asap". So we did. By the end of the day he was calmer again.
I double loop the necklace around his ankle and he wears it 24 hours a day. We only remove it to bathe him or if he swims.

BIG FAN! I really think they work, and I've been letting DD grab and suck on the one I have right now. Even though she may not be teething (read: my DS didn't get his first tooth until 9 months) I think it can't hurt, ya' know?

I saw it on the 3-6 board too. I have been looking at them today even though I know it will be awhile before she begins to cut teeth (I hope). I think it is worth a try!
