my goal is a natural birth and guided imagery has helped in the past to relax me. i'm looking for some good examples but all i can seem to find online is cd's or books or products to buy. i just can't find actual stories themselves. anyone have any luck on this?

I saw some things on itunes but wasn't sure how good they were. I didn't want to download them if they are worthless.

I would ask on the natural birth board. Also your local library probably has some guided imagery dvd's you could borrow.
