solution for carb aversion?

Does anyone have any thoughts as to what I can eat to stop losing weight?

Apparently my body thinks carbs are the devil right now and just thinking of them makes me want to vomit. I didn't really have any food aversions last time other than sweets so I definitely didn't have this problem. So far I have already dropped from 128.5 lbs to 125 just in the past 3.5/4 weeks.

  • Not sure if I.can help as it seems all my body wants is carbs.... How about.just uping you caloric intake of non-carbs? Just eat more protein and im sure fruit would help.

  • Maybe try a instant breakfast shake? They are high calorie and might help you gain a little wieght back.

  • I haven't been able to stomach carbs either.  I did end up getting some jamba juice frozen shake things, and i've been adding some protein to them for breakfast.  I've also been eating avocado/tomato salad with a little vinigrette.  For some reason, only acidic things sound halfway appealing to me.

    exactly! I've been eating a combination of tomatoes and green beans with some herbs and that has been one of my favorite things.
