What is everyone else doing for Halloween Costumes this year?
My husband and I like this Dinky Dragon costume on onestepahead, but the largest size is 18mos to 2T. The size chart says 22 lbs, 30-32 in. And Aidan just had his 15 month appt, and he is 30 inches, 26 lbs with a baby/toddler gut. Halloween is 2 months away, and I am just thinking it may not fit. So I am trying to get some other ideas.

Re: Halloween Costumes
Tillman's going to be darth vader. He's such a big boy.
TTC #2 for a million years: SA normal, CD 23 bloodwork shows nothing amiss, ovulation detected. Next step: ? maybe CD3 bloodwork to check eggs? All out of pocket, so limited IF tests/treatments.
Here's a similar dragin costume that comes in larger sizes: https://www.chasing-fireflies.com/sea-dragon-costume/productinfo/35244/
I just saw it in the catalog yesterday. It looks really cute.
As an FYI- I've found the one step ahead costumes to be HUGE compared to their weight charts. I had a newborn one that I could LOSE my infant in and later got one on consignment (a 12-18 month size) that my DD wore until she was almost 3 as dress-up. I know that its hard to know for sure, especially when shipping, but check the other reviews for their stuff- it might work perfectly!
Thank you for the suggestions.
I have been looking around locally as well. Kid's Club at University Village had a Jr. Knight costume. The 2-3 size looked long for Aidan who is 30 inches. The 18 month size looked more his size.
The Carter's store in Tukwila had a dragon and tiger costume. It goes up to a 24 month size. I think these costumes are cute, but my husband did not like them.
And I saw a baby girl at the store with this pumkin costume on, and it looked really cute.
I know that you tend to place a lot of emphasis on brand, so I don't know if Old Navy will be suitable, but they have this dragon one:
My husband likes the Old Navy Dragon costume. We still have two months, so I may just shop around for the next couple of weeks.
I just received an email from diapers.com that all costumes ship free.

I had $30 of Gap Rewards, so I decided to get the Old Navy Dragon costume tonight. I got the 12-24 month size--it is 29-33" and 22-30 lbs, and Aidan is 30 inches, 26 lbs. Yeah, I can check this off the list now. Thanks everyone for the suggestions. It should be a fun Halloween this year!
