What worked well for us, was use baby oil and a fine tooth comb. Take the oil and put it on the dry scalp, leave it for about 10 mins, then use the comb to brush off the flakes, may have to scrub a little bit with the comb. We only had to do this treatment roughly 2-3 times and no more cradle cap. We had done so many other ways first, and nothing worked until we tried this.

We did this too. We did it once and it disappeared!
We have tried everything and it's still there! Everything mentioned above PLUS an Rx shampoo lol.... I guess it will just have to run its course and hopefully she gets some hair soon! haha
Something to consider if you have a hard time treating it - could it be eczema? With DD, I though she had cradle cap around 4 months, and kept treating it as such, but with no results. Then I realized that it might be eczema because she had other patches on her body. I just put some hydrocortisone on it for a few days and it cleared up quickly.

This. It was a miracle cure.
This worked for us although we left the oil in overnight and I washed her hair everynight. Our ped said that washing her hair more often actually helps rather than makes it worst.
