Where have you ladies been looking for crib bedding? I have been on babysupermall.com (which has a large variety and good prices) and potterybarnkids.com (which has beautiful bedding, but a little on the pricey side for what I'm looking for).
Any suggestions??

I completley understand the sticker shock but consider that your baby will spend a lot of time on this bedding. Cheaper sets often use synthetic fabrics or questionable dyes. Some of them even off gas chemicals when you open them. I think it's wise to spend a little extra on bedding.
When I googled my bedding choice for a boy - this is what I came up with. Interesting way to see the price comparison....

My family is a Foreign Service family. Families like mine are posted in every corner of the globe. We live our lives away from family, friends and the conviences and comforts of home. We often live and work in dangerous places among those that misunderstand our intentions and purposes. Sometimes members of our ranks sacrifice our lives to further diplomacy. Please remember that we serve too. And I'm always open to questions.
I'm getting this from Pottery Barn Kids:
Im getting this set from Target
I usually look at Baby Super Mall too just because they have such a wide variety and they have those nifty super-zoom-in features and give you complementing wall colors.
But usually once I find one, I google it to see if I can find it cheaper somewhere else. Sometimes BRU isnt priced too bad, especially if you have a 20% coupon handy at the time. Also Baby Depot @ Burlington Coat Factory if you have one of those always has some decent sales.
Definitely agree. We're looking in the 150-200 range. Pottery barn kids gets great reviews, and I had considered just getting the sheeting/bumpers/crib skirt and passing on the quilt since she won't be able to really use it anyway.

I like the Dwell Studio for Target sheets and crib skirts.
What I don't get it all the fluffy blankets and padded bumpers. Aren't those supposed to be huge no-no's because they are hazards?
I'm going to buy from PBK because they have the individual sheets that I want. My son's room is PBK and since this baby and our son will share a room I want them to compliment one another.
DS has the Carson striped bedding so it is white and red striped sheets with a blue, red, and white striped duvet cover. I found stars bedding I like that I can purchase just the sheets if I want so I will do that and maybe the dust ruffle - I can't remember if that was an option. But DS's bed doesn't have a dust ruffle and while I would prefer it did, it seems to be a magnet for my dog's hair so I'd rather not have it then have to wash it constantly.
If this baby is a girl (NT scan thinks it's a boy) then I will still buy from PBK - I have a gift card and an outlet close to me so I will check it out first then buy online if necessary. As long as the sheets have elastic all the way around it's a good option - it helps the sheets stay nice and tight on the mattress (according to Baby Bargains that is). I don't think many of PBK bedding was like that or at least not the newest stuff but as long as it fits tight I'm okay with that. I plan on buying several sheets in the same style so it won't be just one that is in rotation constantly and I hope that helps so it doesn't get stretched, etc.
