Ugh, I've been on hold with CMA for 50 minutes!

They were supposed to call in a prescription for me yesterday and the pharmacy never received it so now I've been sitting on hold forever! Thankfully I don't have a sick child. I would be so frustrated. It's never taken them this long to answer the phone before...

    My trick - hang up and call again.  I don't wait any longer than 10 minutes.

    If you are worried about losing your place in line, call from a different phone.

    I would definitely call from a different phone! That is crazy. It must be some error. I can't imagine they have been busy with other calls that entire time. It's not like it's Comcast or something.

    When I posted that I had already hung up twice and called back. I was still on hold for almost an hour. Anyway, I finally got through and they said they were super busy... maybe because of the holiday weekend coming up? Crazy.

    I've been getting increasingly frustrated with their wait times on the phone - and I don't even mean the morning dr time - just during the day for a nurse to answer.
