Progesterone Suppositories (possibly TMI)

So I've been on mine since the retrievel on August 20th and I've gotten used to the gross white CM from them.  This morning however I had ALOT of brown discharge that freaked me out.  I POAS'd to ease my mind some and the test line is now darker then the control line.  Is the brown discharge normal? Anyone else experience this and have everything turn out fine?

    I had a little bit of red spotting on them around 7 weeks.  They did an u/s and couldn't find where the blood was coming from.  They decided that it happened because the progesterone irritated my cervix, which I think is a pretty common thing.

    I was on crinone which had a very strange discharge associated...sorta clumpy and it would sometimes range in color from brownish/orange to white. I always called to be on the safe side but was always told it was normal

    Same here. Definitely kind of gross looking, but I was told that it was normal.

    I never had any spotting on the suppositories, but I didn't get pregnant the one time I used them.  The one cycle I used them they made my lady bits so tender/easily irritated that sex was insanely painful.  My RE had me take them orally instead for the second cycle.  Funny thing, the suppositories she prescribed can also be taken orally...  Maybe ask your doc if that's an option for you to help with the irritation and spotting.

    Yes, I only had the brown discharge for a couple days though. I think it was from an irritated cervix from putting them in too far.

    My guess would be that it is some old blood and that you probably irritated your cervix with them.  Definitely call the Dr and let them know, but I bet they won't be too concerned.  ((Big HUGS))

    I was on crinone for 12 weeks, a couple of times I had brown discharge, its all so gross- not to mention having sex- poor DH was covered in it- even last week which was three weeks after stopping that yuck-
