Boob fart.

When I pump and massage the boobs, sometimes the suction slips and it makes a big farting noise. Yep, just happened in my office, which is connected to a secretary on one side and my boss on the other.

    I haven't had the boob fart happen with anyone in listening distance (unless the walls are thinner than I thought), but I have had the hungry baby grunts while I was nursing during a conference call. That one was a little awkward...

    I've had the happy baby grunting thing happen while I was on the phone with someone. She paused and kind of went ...uh... and I had to explain. I found it funny. I don't think she did.

    Same here!  Thank goodness for private offices and thick walls (at least I think mine are...lol)!
