  My OB has OK'd Claritin (not Claritin-D, just regular 24hr Claritin) and NasalCrom, both of which are Category B and available OTC. I take 'em both once a day, though sometimes the NasalCrom, I'll take twice.
  

  ETA: I have pretty severe sinus allergies, lol. They work... but not as well as the stuff I was on pre-pregnancy that I can't take anymore!

  Benadryl - it actually makes me less drowsy than Claritan or Zyrtec.

  Also Zytrec. Every day! If I don't take it every single morning I get hives by the evening! I sure hope it's okay!

  I've been taking Claratin but it does not do much to help....ugh I miss Alavert. hopefully this heat will break and we'll frost over soon! Good Luck!
