SCDR: Rec your reusable nursing pads please!

I feel like I might have asked this forever ago, but I don't remember, and we all know how well the search function works. :/ Anywho, I know AFFF Milk Maids are awesome, but they're impossible to get ahold of and I'd rather not wait. After 4 months of using disposable pads, I've started having a skin reaction to them which = red, raw, cracking nipples. Yippee! So I need something that I can get fast. Thanks girls! :)

    I have organic cotton ones that they sell at BRU, not sure of the brand. They're a little thick, though, you can kind of see them through a thin tank top and nursing bra, but not enough for me to stop using them.

    I have the AFFF ones and I love them.  Try clothdiaperu.com-they might still have some in stock.  I am trying to decide if I want to order some more for myself.  Good luck!

    I used Knickernappies.  They were ok - they did have PUL backing which was a necessity since I was a heavy leaker, and I have small boobs and you could totally see these through my shirts so I just wore them around the house.

    Bamboobies are awesome. They have the PUL backing like knickernappies but aren't as visible and are much softer. They have a discount code for 5 bucks off: "skcub5" on their site buybamboobies.com or you can buy them on amazon. I'm a heavy leaker and LOVE these - a lot of people do! They show less, don't leak through and are amazingly soft.  And no thanks to diaper rash on my nipples - ouch!!! Disposables are the WORST! The chemicals in them are terrible for you and baby.

    PS - They're made of the same stuff as AFFF: Bamboo velour and Bamboo fleece mixed with org cotton and hemp inside... SUper soft!

    I can't attest to how well they work yet, but they do feel awesome!
