Yeah, I have lost almost 9 pounds since my BFP in June. I was pretty sick from 5-9 weeks, then it tapered off. I lost 6.6 lbs in the last month. IDK, my doc gave me the talk about weight gain at my last appt. Its not like I'm starving myself. I just eat REALLY healthy, not a lot of grains. Lots of fruit, and veggies and eggs, cheese.
Granted I just learned how easy it is to make bread, soooooo my weight gain my ramp up pretty soon.
I have been sick (actually throwing up) very few times, have been eating quite a bit and have only gained a pound. I've been pretty lethargic too due to no energy. I think maybe we burn more calories just by making a new human!
Completely normal. Every person will have different weight gain. If you continue to be concerned, definitely talk to your OB or MW at your next appointment.

Totally normal. With my DD, I was down 7lbs until 16 wks, and didn't start gaining past pre-preg weight until 20 wks or so. If only I was so lucky this time...I still haven't gained, but I haven't lost any either
Re: why havent i gained weight yet?
