Help with picture in signature

There is probably a more appropriate board to ask this, but since I spend most of my time here, I thought maybe one of you could help me out.  I swear I'm not usually this dumb (hello sleep deprivation), but how do you get a picture to show up in your signature?

    Go to "My Bump", which can be found on the top left of your screen. It will ask you to log in (again). Once you are logged back in, click on "avatar and signature" (I think that's what the tab is called.) Scroll to the bottom, and there is a box to plug picture codes into. I use tinypic.com to get my picture codes. I think you have to plug in the href code.
