Looking for PT Babysitter -- 2 afternoons per week

Anyone have any leads on a PT babysitter?  I need someone on Mondays and Tuesdays from 2-6 pm for my 2 children (2 yo and 3.5 mo old), in my home in Annandale.  If you know anyone, please let me know!

    Yes, I have the job posted on sitter city and care.com.... gotten a few applications, but only a couple sounded promising, and then their references didn't check out.  Did you post your job and only contact people who applied, or did you search for babysitters and contact them? Thanks.
