Need Halloween inspiration

DD is 16 months and I have no clue what she should be.  I've been looking online and the only thing I'm finding that I like is a witch but she won't keep a hat on.  Help!?

    I saw some cute costumes at babies r us and old navy. The ladybug was really cute. They also had an adorable lil red riding hood and Dorothy from the wizard of oz. What about a princess or a ballerina with the tutu?
