NEED HELP!!!!!

in Long Island Babies

i have a 4.5mon old boy and i have returned back to work :-( my milk supply is drying out and i need to know what i can do to increase it? i have tried fenugrrek but it did not help. i refuse to give up on breastfeeding, any suggestions?

    I took a combo of blessed thistle and fenugreek.  I had to take a lot of pills to see a difference.  Are you drinking enough water?  Can you squeeze in more pumping sessions at work?  I suggest posting this on the Breastfeeding Board as well.  They have lots of experience and tips over there.  Good luck!
