Nut question...

DH is deathly allergic to all nuts, so we've been holding off giving DS any nuts. But this also means I haven't eaten nuts b/c I'm BFing.

So here's my question... am I being overly cautious by not eating nuts myself? I am craving peanut butter soooooo bad!

    you should be able to eat whatever you want, if you are afraid try it and wait 24 hours and then try it again if your baby acts normally you should be fine!
