Washing Baby Things

This weekend will have me pulling our baby clothes out of the basement and getting them ready for Deuce. I washed every single thing before I packed/sealed them away in Space Bags.

I feel compelled to wash them again before I put them in the baby's room. Am I being neurotic? Or would you wash them too?

I think they would be OK either way unless something happened to the bags but if you feel better washing, do that. But if you run out of time or don't have the energy, skip it.

I'd do the smell test. If they smell clean- fold them and put them away!

I re-washed all of Emma's stuff before Abby got here. Not sure I needed to, just felt better knowing it was all freshly laundered. :O)

I would wash them, too. They would probably smell plastic-y to me, but I'm like that ;p

I washed everything before I packed it up and still re-washed it when I pulled it out. As I've been pulling stuff out for each size, I've been washing it yet again.

ha, we called riley deuce! it was hard after he was born to stop calling him that! and I rewashed everything just to make them fluffy again!

Well, I feel bad calling baby, #2. It just keeps sounding like I'm referring to them as poo...
