Recommend your workout DVD or Wii game.

I started exercising this week and I want to do videos while DS naps because it's hard to go to the gym. Last night I did DH's NFL fitness thing on the Wii and it was way too guy oriented. Go figure. We also have the Biggest Loser for Wii which I haven't tried yet. I put some Crunch videos on Netflix instant play but I am not a fan, they are kind of outdated. I also have Carmen Electra strip aerobics that I used to do...but I am not feeling too sexy at the moment. Ha ha ha...

What videos can you recommend me? I can try them on Netflix first.

    Jillian micheals 30 day shred. Its great because its 20 minutes. I am doing ripped in 30 by her and dont like it as much. she is a little of a nutcase. alot more balancing. I am in week 3 and I wont be surprised if in week for she has us standing on our heads while doing bicep curls and abs. Tongue Tied

    I would suggest the 30 day shred one.
