1st appointment went well

The first thing they wanted me to do was fill out all that paperwork, then the receptionist realized that I already filled it out a few months ago.  So they actually took me early!  The nurse gave me a whole pregnancy planner and a folder full of magazines and such.  I teared up because they didn't give me any of that stuff the first time around.  I was tearing up almost the entire time because my hormones are raging and they treated me like a newly pregnant woman, not like they treated me before, when they diagnosed me with a threatened miscarriage.  It just felt so much better.  The nurse practitioner said my uterus feels as it should for 6 weeks.  They sent me for blood work and ordered an u/s for Tuesday.  I cannot wait.  I so want a picture of my baby.  I got one u/s last time, but of course they wouldn't give me a picture.  If I got a picture I would be so happy.

    Congrats on the great progress so far! T&P for a cute bean with a hb at your u/s. I remember too how different the visit was this time around... it was such a good feeling!
