I'm sensing a theme with him haha, and I'm not really a fan of either one. Maybe because of the whole Caylee Anthony thing, I'm not sure, but I think I like Hailey better. Any other name suggestions similar, but BETTER that I could throw out to him? We obviously don't know what we're having yet, but it's fun to talk about names, but I'm not going to stress on it too much before it's necessary.
Re: So my DH is stuck on Caylee and Hailey...
Carly?
If he likes Caylee, try Calla or Calista.
If he likes Hailey, try Harmony, Hazel, or Hannah.
I agree that Hailey is probably better than Caylee, but they are both too cutesy. Remind your SO that your daughter won't be a toddler forever.

I love Carly!!!
It seems maybe he's stuck on the "e" sound on the end?

I agree, while they are nice names (no offense if they are anyone DDs' names) but they sound very young to me.
Any of these is better than Caylee. Hailey isn't so bad but it's pretty 'cutesy'. Remind your DH that she'll be an adult for longer than she's a baby...

I like these suggestions. Also, I've seen several girls name Caroline that went by Carly as children. They could still sound like a grown up on their law school applications or wedding invitations.
Hailey could be acceptable, but is pretty trendy right now I think.
I have a deep aversion to pretty much about any name that ends in "ee." Seems way over-cutesy. Would you pick an OB named Caylee? I didn't think so.
My 14 yr old cousin is Hailey. Its just so over-used now...
Caylee .. um, no.
