Of all of the things that were written in the welcome letter we got from preschool, the need for a 6-8 inch water bottle kind of made me realize that he is growing up. And I know how silly that sounds! He uses all different kinds of cups (some sippy and and some not), but we don't have a true water bottle. Any recs?
We have two Sigg water bottles and I've been happy. The "kid" top is too difficult for DD to close all the way so she just uses the regular twist-on lid.

Another vote for the kids Camelbak. They sell them at Target, REI, Amazon. We have a few - they don't spill, you can toss them in the dishwasher and they're easy for DD to use.
From Target, Thermos brand stainless steel kids water bottles. They have designs like Barbie and Disney Princesses. They don't leak when the lid is closed and it is very easy to open and close.
