avg. cost for in home daycare?

Good morning,

I am wondering if those of you who use an in home daycare provider wouldn't mind sharing what you pay per day? I will be paying a family member to watch DD and am just trying to figure out what is appropriate. TIA!

We will be paying $275/week for full-time, in-home care (up to 9 hours/day). So, I guess if you're looking for hourly, that's around $6/day (but, remember there are about 6 kids in her care, so the rate is much cheaper than if it was 1:1). HTH!
