Pregnant after IF

If you are on Lovenox

Are you also on baby aspirin? I had been prior to BFP and continued to take it after BFP along with starting Lovenox. But when I went to the hematologist the other day he told me to stop the BA because I don't need it since now I'm on the Lovenox. But afterwards I remembered that I thought I read that they do different things? I'm nervous to be off it; I don't want to do anything differently that will cause a problem.

Re: If you are on Lovenox

  • I am on Lovenox and BA - I was on BA since the start of my FET cycle and then I started Lovenox when I got my BFP - my hemo originally said to go off of it but my RE said to stay on it - when I told my Hemo that my RE wanted me to stay on it she said she was fine with that - I have been on BA and Lovenox ever since and I am 19 weeks along now.

I wouldn't stop until you spoke to your RE or OB about it.  I feel like my RI and RE and more knowledgeable about clotting issues and pregnancy than my hema.
