WFD?
I am making homemade chicken enchiladas with homemade tomatillo salsa. My DD and I also made a cake for dessert.
In my defense I picked up my Bountiful Basket this weekend and it was full of tomatillos. I didn't even know what they were and I have never had them before so I am trying the salsa...I have no idea how it will turn out.
I also went to three different stores today and realized I forgot taco seasoning so I had to look up a recipe on that too, so literally, my enchiladas are completely homemade.

I've felt miserable all day but am feeling a little better now...all I want: FRUIT LOOPS! :-) DS and DH are driving through Burger King on their quest to bring me back my cereal :-)
