i am 38 weeks pregnant and i have stayed away from sushi this whole time. i love it so much with lots of wasabi. will i now have to avoid it when i nurse?

Nope, you can eat whatever you like. The majority of babies aren't intolerant to things mom eats. Plus I love anything hot and spicy and have never noticed my daughter caring she like spicy food now too!!

Nope! Enjoy all the foods you had to avoid while pregnant! The only thing is alcohol. If you feel a buzz, the baby will too. If you have a drink and don't feel any effect, your baby will be fine too.

Some babies have milk and spicy food sensitivities but don't worry about that unless the problem arrises later down the road.
