I was a gogo dancer before so am use to working out so continued it...Now I am going to the gym 3, maybe 4 times a week and doing light cardio (elliptical or treadmill with incline/fast wallking for 30 minutes) and machines. I want to do more but I tire easily.
I try to exercise 4 days a week and walk every day. I have cut waaay down on my work outs and now do about an hour each time with 40 minutes of moderate cardio and 20 of light weight lifting. I specifically stick to the elliptical, treadmill and bike and use very light weights with much repetition. Prenatal yoga is GREAT as well. It's fun to switch it up a bit!

Almost every day. On days I go to the gym, I do 30-40 minutes of cardio. I usually do the bike, elliptical, or walk hills on the treadmill. I also lift weights- seated rows, lat pulldown, chest flys, tricep dips, and chest press.
On most days I also take my dog for a walk- usually 30-45 minutes.
I used to run 5-6 days/week and cross train 3 days/week. I have basically cut most of that out, I workout around 3-4 times/week. I have been doing a lot of Water Aerobics, Yoga, Ballerobica, Zumba, etc. Once the weather cools off I will start walking daily, but until then I am stuck with classes and the gym. However somedays, like yesterday and today, I have ZERO motivationto even move!
Before pregnancy I was lifting weights (deadlift, bench, squat, pulldowns, rows, and shoulder press) three times a week and doing light cardio. Fatigue hit me so hard during 1st tri that I couldn't lift and by the time I felt better my doc recommended against resuming lifting heavy weights.
So, I walk my dog daily. It's better than nothing.
I generally go to the gym 4 days a week (usually consisting of cardio two of those days, walking and then an hour of power yoga on one, and a step class on the other) and I take prenatal yoga at a local studio on Saturdays. I may take a spin class this weekend, but I've been a little nervous to do so since I am so used to pushing myself so hard in there.
With the exception of sparring and jumping, I still do everything I did before, just slightly modified and toned down.
Lately, however, I've been training a lot less. I used to continue to train 4-5 days a week, but since a few weeks ago, I've been training once a week. Maybe twice.
DH and I walk together almost every evening for at least 40 minutes. At least twice a week, we usually go for longer walks or hikes. I'd like to pick it up one LO is born and do P90x again and maybe take up jogging.

I listen to my body and sometimes make excuses for myself. But recently, I purchased 3 prenatal workout dvds and use them every day and on days I don't do a dvd I go for a 30 minute walk. The dvds are:
* Prenatal Yoga (I love it - only 30 min. long and not hard but feels great)
* Long and Lean (Pilates one - it kicks my butt but I do the full 50 min and I'm so sore the next day)
* Summer Sanders (I'm trying this one for the first time today)

I run 3 times a week (15-20 miles total). Then I lift weights with a trainer twice a week.
DH and I go for an evening walk every night after dinner for about an hour.
I haven't been to the gym in over a month.

I'm just so tired again.
I go to the gym after work 3-4 times a week for cardio and weights. Then yoga once or twice a week.
Sheesh everyone is so good on here!
