Muscle twitch or hiccups?

Ok, so over the last few days LO has been pretty quiet.  I see lots of ladies posting about a lull in movement so I haven't been too worried about it.  Well today he was back in full force and spent the whole day break dancing in my belly.  He's even now kicking/punching me up near my ribcage (growth-spurt much?). 

Here's my question, this afternoon I started feeling this really fast twitchy feeling just below my ribcage.  I've heard hiccups described as a twitch every few seconds but this was super fast and lasted for about 10 seconds.  I could see my stomach moving and could feel the twitch from the outside.  Hiccups? Uterus twitch? 

It's stopped...and he's resumed pretty normal movement so I'm more curious than concerned.  Has anyone else experienced this?
