Feeding time

So recently my son has transitioned it one nap a day which is nice because it's usually long enough for me to get ready for work and get the things done that I need to. The only problem is that now I am having a difficult time fitting his three meals a day into our routine. he wakes up about 8 so that's breakfast. If i follow an every 2 hour feeding schedule lunch falls right on his nap time at 12 and keeping him up an extra half hour for lunch will make him way too cranky and he's usually not to hungry from lunch since he like a big breakfast and snack. but if i wait till after he wakes up he doesn't eat lunch until 3 and that puts dinner at 7. Does that seem to late? Is anyone else having this problem keeping the meal schedule going?
