I need a new double pump....which do you use/recommend. I have a medela swing (single) but need a new double for going back to work. They are just so expensive but looking for good reviews. Thanks.
I also have the Medela Pump in Style Advanced, and love it. I also purchased the Medela "strapless bra" for hands free pumping which I use in the morning while doing my make-up. I should also mention this is the only pump I've ever used so I have nothing to compare it with.
I love my Avent double electric - 90% of the time I turn it on and immediately the milk starts pouring out - and I'm at work not even thinking about my son!
Any pump takes some time getting accustomed to, though, but I do love the following features for pumping at work:
-petals that help feel like baby and massage the breast like he does
-comes w/ a cover for the flange so I can just cover it, put it in my fridge, and re-use the pump parts at work (I wash at night, w/ Medela or others there's no cover, so you have to cover w/ a plastic bag, etc).

I would go with the Ameda....it can be used for multiple users so you can loan it to someone later.
I have Medella and like it but would rather one that could be passed on.
This. I think it was totally worth the price.
