I know some other ladies said they also do the Summer Sanders workout. Well, I try to do it roughly every other day, and the last three times when it gets to the tricep dips (where you put your arms behind you on a chair, move butt off chair, and dip down), I swear it feels like the baby is about to burst from my loins.
I asked the doctor today if this was a good, bad or didn't matter. She said since I'm full term that it's not a problem.
Anyone else felt this way?
